Each 9ml spray bottle LDN contains 90 sprays.
Dosage: 1 spray under the tongue at 21.00 every night. No later than 22.00.
Do not swallow, eat, brush teeth or wash out mouth afterwards
Each spray contains 1 mg Naltrexone.
One spray bottle lasts 3 months.
Since naltrexone is largely metabolised by the liver through first pass metabolism, a sublingual spray makes a lot of sense. Less naltrexone is needed and the kinetics are more predictable.
Every 9 ml spray bottle contains 90 x 100 uL sprays = 3 months' supply
Every 100 uL spray contains 1 mg naltrexone.
The need for higher doses of naltrexone (2-4 mg daily) is partially due to increased liver metabolism. Sublingual application of 1 mg is sufficient for most people. In rare situations, it may be helpful to give 2 mg, once daily. There is no need to increase dosage over time. The side effect profile of sublingual application is also a lot better than after oral application.
The optimal time of dosing is between 21.00 and 22.00 at night. By dosing at this time, maximal endorphin production around 0200 - 03.00 is achieved. Giving LDN at other times of day is not nearly as effective and may account for the erratic results often achieved.
Packaging is professional and each unit is tightly shrink-wrapped.
Makes me sleepy , so good to take at the time indicated 21:00 hrs
Taking it for CFS/ME. Starting to work after about 8 weeks. Dosage was too high to start off. I should have started slow and gone up with dosage slowly. I take 0,25mg in morning and 0,25mg in afternoon. Great service from Integrow. Thank you.
My husband has late stage cancer, and this is the only product that he looks forward to taking. We don't know the long term results, but short term it definitely makes him feel better.
