How this plays out in real life

1. We ship within one business day of receiving proof of payment.

2. If you are not 100% happy with the purchase, simply return it to us within 90 days of purchase and we will refund you in full.

3. You take full responsibility for the shipping option you select. We take every precaution to ensure packages are traceable, but cannot bear any responsibilities for parcels sent via post. However, parcels lost by our couriers will be replaced by us.

Time
Stuff

  • We strive to dispatch all goods within one busines day of receiving proof of payment.

  • If proof of payment is received before 14h00, goods will normally be dispatched on the same day.

  • Delivery time is in accordance with the shipping option selected.

  • For international destinations, delivery time is approximately 7 days longer than for South African destinations (but depending on hold-ups at Customs).

  • The store estimates shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping option you select.


Order Size


  •  There are no minimum order quantities.

  • Applicable bulk discounts are displayed per item.


 Shipping Stuff

  • We ship to virtually any address in the world, but our main focus is on southern African countries.(North Korea? - probably not)

  • Note that there may be global shipping restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to local laws.

  • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next half kilogram.


Receipt of Order


  • Upon receipt of order, promptly check for shortages and/or damages. 

  • If anything is amiss, kindly inform our Customer Service department as quickly as possible at .


Payment Terms


  •  If paying via Bank Transfer, Cheque or Cash, your order will only be dispatched / released upon receipt of payment.


Returns Policy


  •  You may return any product bought in our shop within 90 days (3 months) of date of order for a FULL refund (cost of purchase plus cost of shipping). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much quicker.

  • This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

  • If you need to return an item, the easiest way to do this is to simply login to your account here, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

  • You can also indicate your intention to return an item by emailing , but this route may take a little bit longer to resolve your return.
