Recommended Usage:
Two (2) bags daily - take the contents (4 tablets) from one LifePak bag with 250 ml of liquid with your morning and evening meals. Do not exceed two (2) bags daily. Warning - taking more than four (4) tablets (2500 IU) a day during pregnancy may cause birth defects. The recommended adult daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 2500 IU.

1. Phytonutrients
Phytonutrients are chemical compounds unique to plants and herbs. LifePak contains phytonutrients in the form of extracts such as:
· Lutein (Xanthophyll) from the marigold flower: an antioxidant assisting general well-being.
· Lycopene from tomato extract offers antioxidant benefits.

2. Antioxidants
Antioxidants, including Phytonutrients, benefit your body by acting as free radical scavengers.
