Recommended Serving (Adults): Taken once daily, follow the serving chart below for number of capsules per body weight.

Directions:
Take JF14 with water at least half an hour before, or two hours after a meal. Additionally drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water per day to support the mutiple health health benefits of JF14. Take medications and supplements four hours before or after JF14.
Pregnant or nursing women and persons woth known medical conditions should consult their physician before using this or any dietary supplement.
Do not use if inner seal is missing or broken. Keep the bottle tightly closed. Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

Testing using US Pharmacopeia 24 Dissolution Method 711 determined the absorption availability refers to the minerals in JF14. Absorpton availability refers to the quantity of a mineral that is available to be absorbed by the body. The absortion availability of Calcium is 23mg andthe total content is 29mg. The absorption availability of Iron is 1,2mg and the total content is 97mg. JF14 is noit a significant source of iron, and is not sufficient to treat iron deficiency.
