Good Health
I have had to adjust the dosage to my body needs as I was purging too often. My body seems to have regulated itself accordingly. (2 or 3 tablets) daily. My hair fall has dropped considerably.

For 40 years of adult life I've suffered acute and chronic sinus / colds / head & body flu / bronchitis / middle-ear infections etc. I used to get seriously & deathly sick in bed 2-3 times a year for at least 3 weeks; with the last bout in 2012 lasting 4 weeks in bed!!! I felt like I was dying & it took me 6 weeks to fully recover. Since taking these capsules the past 2 years to date (April 2013-June 2015) I have not had 1 single sick day... AMAAAAZING SPIRULINA CAPSULES!!
Been using these capsules for the past year and can honestly say: considering I get desperately ill with colds & flu at least 2-3 times a year, this is the 1st year in more than 25 years that I have not had 1 single sick day. Recommended!
My two Golden Retrievers and I swallow Spirulina tablets daily. The dogs voluntary enjoy this treat and last saw the vet last year for their annual vaccination. However I am not testing on animals! I continue to enjoy good health.
