it is like an overall multivit in addition to extra magnesium, D3 we've got the whole family on it.

One scoop is all it takes to get my day's vitamins under the belt. A great time saver.

I'm thoroughly impressed with this product as it makes taking all the supplements so easy. It also makes drinking bicarb or any other alkalising substance palatable. It took me a few tries to figure out the sweet spot in not letting it bubble over the top :-) I took it over the December holidays when wine and food was flowing freely and I really feel that it helped to keep my weight, digestion and energy on track. Thanks for a great product, I'll definitely be reordering.

Seems to work. Bit soon to say but it is great to take in all the required basic vitamins together with bi-carb in one go.

I like the fact that this is a combination of various supplements that used to be taken separately. It dissolves well in water although I will recommend that one us a tall glass, only add a little bit of water and not more than 1 spoon of powder in the glass, because it creates a lot of foam while dissolving. I also like the fact that it hides the taste of the sodium bicarbonate. For my taste the citric/ lemon taste is very strong and it does not taste that good to me. While this is called Fire Power Basic, I noticed that there are some supplements that was recommended in the Fire program that is not included here. Although there is sodium added I don't see potassium. Would potassium not be useful in lowering high blood pressure. I also miss chromium, cinnamon and cancer bush.
