Ignore everything you know about LDN, coz they don't know what they're talking about.

This is a spray, not a tablet. The reason is simple: 80+% of tablet LDN gets chowed by the liver. A waste of your hard-earned money. 100% of LDN sprayed under the tongue / inside the cheek gets absorbed without passing via the liver. Result: All the benefit at a fraction of the cost.

Put another way: Since naltrexone is largely metabolised by the liver through first pass metabolism, a sublingual spray makes a lot of sense. Less naltrexone is needed and the kinetics are more predictable.

One 9 ml spray bottle contains 90 mg of LDN = 90 sprays = 90 days' supply. This is a bargain at twice the price. Yay!

Giving a sublingual dosa, bypassing the liver, means that there are almost no side effects. Most of the side effects are caused by the breakdown products of LDN passing through the liver.

The nonsense about LDN taking a while to kick in is due to the liver chowing up the useful bits and spitting out side effect causing waste products. Our LDN spray should give you a wow effect within 7 days, possibly shorter. When you find yourself thinking, "I'm feeling so good, this ought to be illegal," then you know it's kicked in.

LDN, or Low Dose Naltrexone, represents a quantum leap in medical treatment.  Naltrexone is commonly used to reverse certain agents used in anaesthesia, as well as in the treatment of opioid overdose, especially herion overdose.  In other words, it has anti-opioid effects.  When given in tiny doses, however (about 2% or less of the conventional doses), it stimulates the production of endorphins by the body.

Endorphins are the body's own painkillers, and they act on endorphin receptors. These receptors are also the target of opioid drugs, except opioid drugs damage the body's ability to produce endorphins when they link up with the receptors.

Endorphins are the brain's 'laughing hormone'. When you laugh, endorphin levels rise.  When endorphin levels rise, you laugh more easily. It works both ways.,

Endorphins are thus the real anti-depressants. But that is not all. They also stimulate the immune system to work much, much better.

When used in low dose form, Naltrexone can increase endorphin production in the brain by 100 times or more.

Indications and Uses

Low-Dose Naltrexone (LDN) is quickly becoming the preferred treatment for a wide range of Auto-Immune and Chronic Diseases including Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Crohn's, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Rheumatoid Arthritis, Myalgic Encephalitis (ME), Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Fibromyalgia, but also in Colitis, Cancer, Autism, Chronic Pain, Depression, Anxiety, Mental Health and more. Here is your opportunity to try it for yourself.

Every 9 ml spray bottle contains 90 x 100 uL sprays = 3 months' supply

Each spray contains 1 mg Naltrexone.

One spray bottle lasts 3 months.

Packaging is professional and each unit is tightly shrink-wrapped.

1 spray under the tongue at 18.00 - 20.00 every night. No later than 22.00.

The need for higher doses of naltrexone (2-4 mg daily) is partially due to increased liver metabolism. Sublingual application of 1 mg is sufficient for most people. In rare situations, it may be helpful to give 2 mg, once daily. There is no need to increase dosage over time. The side effect profile of sublingual application is also a lot better than after oral application.

Cancer patients need to take 1 x LDN spray under the tongue three times daily. This seems to have the best effect.

For the first 3 days, spray LDN under your tongue at 14.00-15.00. Set an alarm. That way, you will avoid the insomnia side effect. From Day 4, spray the LDN under your tongue at 18.00-20.00. That way, you will sleep like a log. By dosing at night (according to my schedule above), you will get maximum endorphin production. More bang for you buck.

Do not swallow, eat, brush teeth or wash out mouth afterwards. Don't kiss your dog goodnight, either.

Giving LDN at other times of day is not nearly as effective and may account for the erratic results often achieved.

LDN spray is best kept refrigerated, but is also stable for long periods (days, even weeks) at room temperature

I've been struggling with Hashimotos waking up every day with pain and inflammation. Since taking this for the past 2 weeks, it's made a huge difference. I can actually function again. I take 1 spray in the afternoon and 1 at night. Wish I found this sooner. Thanks Integrow.

    Need more time

Posted by Sandra on 20th Oct 2021

I have bought it for my years and years of experiencing low grade costochondritis, which suddenly flamed up very badly and for which I was forced to use it. I need to use it for longer to see if it works

    Works fast

Posted by Angela on 13th May 2021

I have only been using it a few days for a host of issues. Huge improvements in my mood, fatigue and headaches so far. I think this may be the answer to my prayers! My local GP was very dismissive of the suggestion without actually reading research about LOW DOSE usage. So I found an alternative source and I'm glad I read loads of literature and found what I needed for myself!
