This is a spray, not a tablet. The reason is simple: 80+% of Naltrexone gets chowed by the liver when given as a tablet or capsule. Overview

VLDN, or Very Low Dose Naltrexone, represents a quantum leap in medical treatment. Naltrexone is commonly used to reverse certain agents used in anaesthesia, as well as in the treatment of opioid overdose, especially herion overdose. In other words, it has anti-opioid effects. When given in tiny doses, however (about 2% or less of the conventional doses), it stimulates the production of endorphins and other brain hormones in the brain.

Endorphins are the body's own painkillers, and they act on endorphin receptors. These receptors are also the target of opioid drugs like morphine, tramadol, codeine and heroin. The trouble is, opioids damage these receptors, leading to an increase in pain perception some time later. A wonderfully profitable cycle if you're selling opioids, but completely immoral.

Every 9 ml spray bottle contains 60 x 100 uL sprays = 2 months' supply @ 1 spray / day

Each spray contains 200 mcg Naltrexone (= 0.2 mg).

Dosage

1 spray under the tongue at 18.00 - 20.00 every night. No later than 22.00. During the first 3 days of treatment, it is recommended to take the spray before noon (12.00) to avoid the insomnia side effect. Thereafter, take it below the tongue between 18.00 and 20.00.

The need for higher doses of naltrexone (2-4 mg daily) is partially due to increased liver metabolism. Sublingual application of 200 mcg - 1 mg is sufficient for most people. In rare situations, it may be helpful to give 2 mg, once daily., or 1 mg twice daily There is no need to increase dosage over time. The side effect profile of sublingual application is also a lot better than after oral application.

Directions

For the first 3 days, spray VLDN under your tongue at before noon (12.00). Set an alarm. That way, you will avoid the insomnia side effect. From Day 4, spray the VLDN under your tongue at 18.00-20.00. That way, you will sleep like a log. By dosing at night (according to the schedule above), you will get maximum endorphin production. More bang for you buck.

Do not swallow, eat, brush teeth or wash out mouth afterwards. Don't kiss your dog goodnight, either.
