Helps my husband and my mum-in-law with their insomnia. Really effective, especially over a couple of months.

One spray 2-3 hours before bedtime at night works miracles. Relaxes my body and mind and sleep comes easier, waking up refreshed with no side-effects. Also regulates and level out anxiety. Use in combination with Green Immune (mornings) to sustain an anxiety-free life.

I mostly concur with Debbie O's comments. When taking two squirts at night I sometimes wake up woozy and need a couple of hours to get my head straight. I never had pain before using the product so I can't comment on that aspect. Long term benefits will be assessed after 6 months.

Being a cannabis user, mainly smoking, i found the product not what i thought it would be. As there are some great new CBD cannabis strains available, i find smoking a high CBD strain such as Charlottes Angel CBD from Passion seeds is more rewarding. The taste profile is non existent and find greater relief from my old method. It is as if the Zee Bee Dee, lacks the spirit off the original plant it stems from.

Not working for me just feeling dizzy but still in pain

A very pleasing product, no side effects from taking it except to sleep 90% better at night and not wake up fuzzy headed and stiff in the morning. The only reason why it is not getting 5 stars, is because the taste is just awful!
