• Vitamin B3 80 mg (500% RDA)
• Vitamin B5 15 mg (300% RDA)
• Vitamin B6 30 mg (2,308% RDA)
• Vitamin B9* 400 µg (100% RDA)
• Vitamin B12** 100 µg (4,100% RDA)

In addition, we've added two ingredients to increase absorption:

• Bioperine 20 mg (RDA N/A)
• D-Ribose 120 mg (RDA N/A)

Dosage

Adults & children over 10 years:  Take 1 capsule daily in the morning with food, or as directed by your wellness provider. 

For specific health indications (such as dementia, neuropathy, depression, diabetes, ADHD, etc): Take 2-3 capsules daily, preferably in divided doses.

Children under 10 years: Consult your healthcare professional.
