Each Brain-Mag capsule contains 500 mg Magnesium-L-Threonate (also known as MagT).

MagT is the only magnesium known to easily cross the blood-brain barrier.  In other words, it gets into the brain and nerves real fast.

Magnesium is crucial for many functions of the brain. Brain tissue burns more energy than any other bodily tissue, and magnesium is key to energy production.  This is one of the reason why low brain magnesium leads to forgetfulness, depression, anxiety and even epileptic seizures (to name but a few effects).

While ordinary magnesium supplements are able to supply the rest of the body, it takes a long time for these supplements to have an effect on the brain. Often, it may be necessary to take high doses before brain magnesium is elevated.

Who can benefit from Brain-Mag?

The following conditions have all been shown to benefit from MagT supplementation:

  • Traumatic Brain Injury
  • Stroke
  • Dementia (Alzheimer's)
  • Tremors (Parkinson's)
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Epilepsy
  • Insomnia (Sleeplessness)
  • Learning difficulties

Additional conditions that may benefit from Brain-Mag (but studies are lacking):

  • Autism
  • Guillain-Barré Syndrome
  • Attention Deficit / Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
  • Schizophrenia
  • Bipolar depression
  • Heart palpitations
  • Muscle cramps

Brain-Mag improves brain function in a matter of days in all who use it. The effects are cumulative, meaning they improve the longer Brain-Mag is used.

Dosage

Take 1 or 2 capsules daily, with or without food.

When taking 2 capsules, take 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon, but not in the evening (to prevent sleep disturbances)

Capsules can be opened up and the contents mixed with food. MagT has almost no taste.

It is possible to take 3 or 4 capsules for severe cases of memory loss, epilepsy or brain trauma.

Warnings

  • The product is safe with no known serious side effects. Taking a dose to close to bed-time may interfere with good sleep.
  • No interactions with other medications is known.
  • Safe in pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Storage instructions

  • Keep in a cool, dark place, away from humidity.
  • Keep away from children.

Other products to consider with Brain-Mag

The following products complement Brain-Mag's effect on the brain:

Vitamin D3 (view here)

Vitamin D3 enhances the body's ability to absorb magnesium. It also assists in nerve healing by its anti-inflammatory action.

Lithium Orotate (view here)

Lithium Orotate has been clinically proven to benefit mood, reduce suicidal thoughts and reverse symptoms of even advanced dementia (Alzheimer's).

Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) (view here)

Kanna is a South African herb with remarkable anxiety-relieving (anxiolytic) properties. It has a centuries-long history of use by the Khoi people of southern Africa. The fact that it has no known addictive potential make it an ideal rescue remedy for panic attacks, as well as a sleep aid for insomniacs.

    BRAIN-MAG (Magnesium-L-Treonate)

Posted by Helene on 31st Oct 2022

Magnesium-L-Treonate completely healed my fingers that refused to "open" by themselves when l opened my hands... After three years of suffering, and doctors that told me an operation is the only solution for my problem! However, one thing that l did not know, was NOT to take it just before bedtime, because for some reason it interferes with deep sleep... ever since l take it early afternoon (and breakfast), l sleep much better! Magnesium L-Treonate also improved my brain functions tremendously!
